Just a Minute

Go Social: Engage in Gloucester social media

If you want to make a difference to Gloucester’s heritage, culture and arts, then Engage in Gloucester is for you. If you want to volunteer in Gloucester and know that your time will be making a valuable contribution to Gloucester then Engage in Gloucester is for you. And if you want to gain new skills and experiences then (guess what?) Engage in Gloucester is for you.

We want to spread the word about Engage in Gloucester through our social media sites and to make sure we reach as many people as possible – we need your help.

What's involved?

Just follow us on Twitter @EngageinGlos  or on Facebook @ EngageinGlos  Simply follow us or like us. If you have a few more minutes why not tell us about your volunteering experiences on Engage in Gloucester challenges, or add your comments and photos about the events and activities going on at Gloucester’s Heritage, Cultural and Arts events and organisations.

Why get involved?

Our Facebook and Twitter sites are very new and very empty. Help us add content, comments and pictures so we can be as lively, colourful and dynamic as our Engage in Gloucester volunteers.

(Also liking, following or adding comments and pictures to our Facebook and twitter sites counts as volunteering for us. Nice and simple and such a great thing to do! And you can do it from the comfort of your sofa, whilst sipping coffee in a café or whilst you are out and about. You can even do it in your pyjamas – we won't tell anyone!)

How to get involved?

  1. Sign into your account or sign up to Volunteer Makers.
  2. Accept the challenge
  3. Follower us on twitter @EngageinGlos or on Facebook @EngageinGlos
